This role offers hands-on experience in developing user-focused content, collaborating with subject matter experts, and supporting the delivery of clear, accurate, and engaging documentation for complex technologies and solutions. The ideal candidate should have some experience in technical communication principles, structured writing practices, and modern documentation tools. You will work both independently and collaboratively with engineering, product, and support teams to gather information, create and update technical content, participate in content reviews, and identify opportunities to improve documentation quality, usability, and efficiency. This role requires strong attention to detail, and excellent English writing skills. Preferable (but not a must) with a degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution. Some understanding of telecommunications, software and hardware principles. Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. Preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to share knowledge effectively within a team environment. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
