We are seeking a Senior Standardization Specialist to strengthen our 6G Core Network activities. In this role, you will develop technical concepts and contribute to 3GPP CT1 standardization, with a focus on NAS protocol development. Working across research, product, and standards organizations, you will turn innovations into technically sound proposals, intellectual property, standards contributions, and future product capabilities. MSc degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Extensive expertise in 5G and/or 6G mobile communication systems, with strong knowledge of mobile core network architecture and protocols developed within 3GPP. Experience in standardization work (e.g. 3GPP) and patent creation. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively across research, product, and standards organizations in a global environment. Familiarity with AI driven methodologies, including data driven and agentic workflows. Fluent in English, both spoken and written It would be nice if you also had: Experience as 3GPP CT1 delegate is a plus.
