Semiconductor equipment automation and integration with MES SECS/GEM equipment communication. Strong understanding of SEMI standards (E5, E30, E37). Data collection over SECS/GEM Station controller development Automated finite state machine and workflow design Design and implementation of equipment-to-host interfaces Equipment and MES process validation Proficiency with Inductive Automation Ignition Tag design, UDTs and tag naming conventions Perspective web user interface General web programming (HTML, CSS, etc.) REST API experience Python (Jython) scripting MES fundamentals Modeling automation setups in MES Executing remote transactions in MES Prefer experience with Siemens Opcenter EX SM Experience with SEMI Standard communication protocols – SECS/GEM, Modbus TCP Experience in developing and managing SPC software Proficiency with Inductive Automation Ignition Tag design, UDTs and tag naming conventions Perspective web user interface General web programming (HTML, CSS, etc.) REST API experience Python (Jython) scripting MES fundamentals Modeling automation setups...
