Senior Product Manager- SCM/Ecommerce

As a Product Manager at Oracle NetSuite, you will help shape and deliver supply chain, Mobile, and Warehouse Management solutions from discovery through release. You will work closely with engineering, design, quality assurance, support, and go-to-market teams to solve customer problems and deliver products on schedule and within budget. You will define product strategy, requirements, and priorities using customer feedback, business needs, and product insights. A key part of the role is identifying where GenAI and intelligent automation can simplify workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve the user experience. You will translate these opportunities into clear requirements and measurable outcomes, considering accuracy, data privacy, and user control. Your responsibilities will include aligning teams on product decisions, reviewing designs and documentation, managing dependencies, and supporting successful releases. You will also use AI tools to improve product discovery, requirements development, documentation, and test planning, while applying sound judgment to their outputs. This role requires independent judgment, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex priorities. You may lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor junior colleagues. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.
