Working closely with project management, design, procurement, commissioning, operations teams, and delivery partners, the role will oversee construction execution across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, security, and life-safety systems. The position is accountable for maintaining safe site operations, monitoring quality and progress, managing contractor performance, coordinating interfaces, and resolving construction issues in a timely manner. The Construction Manager will ensure work is delivered in accordance with approved designs, specifications, local regulatory requirements, and project schedules, while supporting a smooth transition through testing, commissioning, and handover.
