Senior Engineer - Bridges

WSP India is seeking a Senior Bridge Engineer to join its Bridges team in Bengaluru. The role involves leading and delivering multidisciplinary bridge design projects including highway and pedestrian bridges, retaining walls, drainage structures, and special structures. You will work as part of the Nordics GCC Bridge team, taking a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for technical delivery, quality, and project coordination. The position requires early involvement in design development and the ability to plan and deliver work in accordance with Nordic standards (Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway). Training and guidance will be provided as required. The role reports to a Principal Engineer or Associate. Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred). Membership of an accredited professional engineering body. UK Chartered Engineer status or near Chartered is desirable. 8–15 years of relevant bridge engineering experience.
