We are WSP . The Opportunity As Senior Director, Corporate Compensation & Programs Delivery , you will have the opportunity to join WSP at an exciting moment of growth and global transformation. Our Global Total Rewards group is teamwork driven and operates under a matrix model, providing incumbents with a platform that allows them to combine group-specific accountabilities with those of a global COE. As such, the successful incumbent will have for responsibility at the COE level for the management for our share-based programs, including our global ESPP platform, as well as the administration of our LTIP programs. Furthermore, this role will handle corporate compensation matters, including the optimization of our governance framework, carry M&A analysis and reporting, the annual LTIP allocation, and be the focal point of any annual compensation information pertaining to our Leaders, including annual reviews and the CD&A section of proxy circular. You will be working closely with HR leaders, business stakeholders, regional Total Rewards teams, and external partners globally. This role reports directly to the Global Vice-President, Total Rewards. Be part of a team that values your ideas, expertise, and growth. Your Impact Lead the global ESPP platform for a program spanning multiple countries on all continents. This includes overseeing vendor relationships, the proper governance framework that allows for issue-free remittances and registrations, participant communication activities in partnership with the communications team, resolving complex technical issues and providing a high-caliber user experience. Administer the LTIP programs, including annual budgeting, cyclical or adhoc grant and vesting events, employee communication and vendor relationship. Aligned to the activities carried by other total rewards COEs, lead the annual cycle activities for the senior team, which includes LTIP allocation, salary proposals and reconciliation reports intended for review and approval by the executive leadership team, as well as providing information intended for the Board of Directors, external reporting such as the proxy circular, or governance reports. Contribute to our M&A efforts by supporting analysis, integration strategies and programs delivery. Optimize our governance framework by identifying risks, documenting processes and doing periodical compliance review of various approvals required under our policies. Carry process improvement mandates that supports our global alignment. Lead, coach and develop the team reporting directly to this role. The skills that set you apart Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Sciences or a related discipline; a Master's degree is considered an asset. At least 12 to 15 years of progressive experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards, including notable ESPP and LTIP management experience with a multi-jurisdictional organization. Demonstrated expertise in compensation strategy, program governance, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance. Sound judgement, strong analytical and business acumen, with above-level rigor and attention to details. Capacity to build analytical frameworks and PowerPoint presentation intended to various audiences, including senior leaders. This role is located at the corporate head office in Montreal. While bilingualism (English and French) is a definite asset, the incumbent is required to support stakeholders across the world and must be proficient in English. Why choose WSP?
