Senior Consultant - Project Coordination

The Sr. Consultant- Project Coordinator will support AUS Mining projects by coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring timely tracking of project deliverables. The role works closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, project controls, and commercial functions to support successful project execution and governance. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related discipline. Project Management certifications such as CAPM, PMP, or equivalent is advantageous. Relevant mining, EPCM, or infrastructure project experience preferred. What Success Looks Like: Effective coordination of project activities and stakeholder communications. Timely preparation of project reports and documentation. Accurate tracking of project actions, risks, and deliverables. Strong support to Project Managers in achieving project objectives. High-quality project records and governance compliance. Positive contribution to successful delivery of Australia Mining projects.
