Safety Manager 3

As the Safety Manager , you will play a key role in creating and maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment across Nokia's manufacturing & repair operations. You will partner closely with operations teams to implement and execute security, health, and safety standards, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company requirements. By leveraging continuous improvement methodologies, you will lead initiatives to identify, assess, and mitigate security, physical, and workplace risks, fostering a culture of safety, security, and well-being for employees, contractors, and visitors. Must-Have Skills Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred) and a Government-recognized Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety as required under applicable Factory Rules. 12-15 years of HSE experience , including 5-7 years in manufacturing/factory operations and experience in a leadership or managerial role. Strong knowledge of Indian HSE regulations, Factories Act, OSHWC Code, Haryana Factory Rules, and environmental compliance requirements . Expertise in ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Risk Assessment methodologies (HIRA, HAZOP, JSA, FMEA), Incident Investigation, PTW, LOTO, and Contractor Safety Management . Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills , with experience using HSE management systems, reporting tools, and dashboards . Good-to-Have Skills NEBOSH or equivalent Occupational Health & Safety certification . ISO 45001/ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification , Fire Safety certification , Incident Investigation training , or experience with HSE analytics and digital safety platforms .
