Quality Manager

Quality Management & Engineering (QME) comprises the development and implementation of the quality strategy and related policies, procedures, and methods. Contains undertaking of quality planning, assurance, control, and initiates improvements. Ensures that the engineering aspects of quality assurance requirements for programmes, products, and technologies are met. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data, conduct statistical analysis, and drive data-driven decisions. Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in quality tools and techniques (e.g., FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D, HTOL testing). Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in Vietnamese & Chines is a strong asset for effective team management and local engagement. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software (e.g., SAP QM, MES systems) Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance within a high-tech manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years specifically in telecom equipment manufacturing . At least 3-5 years of proven experience in leading quality teams in a manufacturing setting. Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing QMS standards (ISO 9001, TL 9000) and continuous improvement methodologies. Prior working experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia is a significant advantage, demonstrating an understanding of local manufacturing practices Detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction in the telecom sector. Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced international manufacturing environment. High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and cultural sensitivity. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical field. Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Engineer) are highly preferred.
