Program Manager, Hardware R&D

As a Program Manager, you will play a vital role in organizing and managing intricate hardware development processes. Your work will have a direct impact on product strategy and design, with high visibility within the organization. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including engineering, operations, procurement, and external suppliers, to ensure seamless execution from prototypes to New Product Introduction (NPI). B.Sc or B.Eng in Engineering, Physics, or a related field is required. A minimum of 15 years of program management experience in ASIC, IC, hardware, or technology development is essential. Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are a must. Ability to independently prioritize tasks, drive execution, and resolve issues with minimal guidance. Experience in managing schedules, risks, budgets, dependencies, and supplier relationships is preferred. Direct experience with ASIC or IC development programs is highly advantageous. Familiarity with system-level hardware development and manufacturing processes is desirable. Knowledge of product lifecycle management, qualification processes, and supply chain operations is a plus. Experience working with semiconductor suppliers, foundries, packaging, or test partners is beneficial. A proactive, self-starting attitude and a passion for driving complex projects to success.
