Principal Technical Account Manager

Job Summary As a Principal Technical Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted customer advocate and senior technical advisor. You will translate customer business requirements into integrated solutions, assess cloud environments, identify gaps, and guide customers through cloud adoption and implementation. You will provide technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle—from discovery and design through build, testing, deployment, and go-live—while coordinating cross-functional teams to remove blockers and drive successful customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities Partner with customers to understand business goals, requirements, challenges, and desired outcomes, translating them into practical technical and process solutions. Lead fit-gap assessments of customer cloud environments and develop roadmaps for cloud transition, implementation, and optimization. Define and align the functional and technical vision for program solutions with customer and internal stakeholders. Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery across requirements intake, design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live. Design secure, scalable OCI architectures, including networking, security, identity and access management, and infrastructure frameworks. Guide deployment of customer workloads to OCI, support cloud-adoption models, and recommend actions to remove delivery blockers. Align customer solutions with Oracle product roadmaps, release cycles, business enhancements, and production break-fix requirements. Collaborate with portfolio management and cross-functional teams, including business analysts, integration specialists, quality assurance, development, support, services, and third-party partners. Communicate solution options, risks, progress, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical customer stakeholders. Contribute to strategic planning, program governance, customer satisfaction, service delivery, and cross-functional team leadership.
