This position involves developing robust analytical solutions, automating HR processes, and providing data-driven recommendations to various stakeholder groups all across Nokia. Experience (3+ years) in a data analysis, business intelligence, or people analytics role. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including advanced capabilities with DAX for complex calculations, data modeling, and performance optimization. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Power Automate for designing and implementing automated workflows and integrations. Expertise in SQL (for data extraction, manipulation, and querying large datasets from various sources) and or in Power Apps is a plus but not a must!
