As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will help executive leaders connect innovation with measurable business outcomes. Nonprofits and Organizations: Donor engagement, grant and fund management, financial stewardship, board transparency, volunteer management, mission impact, automation with limited resources. Consumer Services: Customer experience, digital engagement, workforce productivity, scheduling, service delivery, operational scalability, personalization, loyalty, business insights powered by AI. What You'll Do Partner with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Executive Directors, and Operations leaders to understand strategic priorities and define AI enabled transformation strategies. Lead consultative discovery sessions that focus on business outcomes before technology. Deliver engaging demonstrations that connect finance, operations, customer engagement, analytics, and AI into a compelling business story. Develop deep expertise across Financial Services, Nonprofits, and Consumer Services to become a trusted industry advisor. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Create industry thought leadership, reusable demonstration assets, executive presentations, and best practices. Mentor Solution Consultants and represent Oracle NetSuite at executive briefings, customer events, and industry conferences. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from $44.38 to $80.29 per hour; from: $92,300 to $167,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
