Bachelor's degree in, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Optical networking or telecommunications industry in Canada preferably in the Enterprise market. Proven track record of successful business development and sales management, with a strong understanding of the Canadian enterprise market. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with a results-oriented approach to driving business growth. Deep knowledge of Optical networking technologies, including DWDM, ROADM, and network automation solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions. Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships. Flexibility to travel within Canada as required to meet customer needs and support business development activities.
