Operations Quality Manager

The Quality Manager at Nokia plays a pivotal role in aligning our quality strategy with business goals while acting as the customer advocate. This position involves managing an effective Quality Assurance system, leading a team to drive strategic improvements, and ensuring compliance with quality standards across the factory. You will handle customer complaints, oversee product performance governance, and implement corrective actions and process enhancements. With a focus on collaboration, you will engage with global stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. Must-Have: Require bachelor's or master's degree with related field. Typically, a minimum 15-20 years of experience in quality management within the electronics manufacturing industry Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (B.E. ECE) Proficiency in systematic problem-solving using QA tools like PFMEA Experience in managing customer relationships from a quality perspective Strong leadership skills to guide a team of Engineers and Technicians Nice-To-Have: IPC standard certification TL 9K Auditor qualifications Experience with driving corrective and preventive action processes Ability to handle customer complaints effectively Strong communication skills to engage with global stakeholders
