Operations Analytics Co-op/Intern

Position: Operations Analytics Co-op/Intern Number of Position(s): 3 Duration: 4 Months (with potential extension for Summer 2027) Date: January - April 2027 Location: Onsite, Ottawa, ON, Canada EDUCATIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS Currently a candidate for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field with an accredited school in Canada. You Must Have: Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts gained through coursework, projects, or practical experience. Experience using Power BI for dashboard creation, reporting, or data visualization. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced formulas. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to data accuracy. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. It Would Be Nice If You Also Had: Experience with Python, SQL, or similar data analysis and automation tools. Familiarity with operational processes and workflows in a technology-driven environment. Prior internship, co-op, academic project, or consulting experience related to operations, analytics, business intelligence, or process improvement. Experience with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools. Exposure to forecasting, demand planning, or business performance reporting. Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, automation, or predictive modeling techniques.
