Customer & Project Controlling (CPC) comprises the strategic business controlling to drive market / customer / project financial performance. Covers provision of decision support to sales and project teams including customer business case support and analysis. Contains financial planning, reporting, and analysis for customer / project organisation. Requires a Master’s degree in Finance or a related field and extensive experience (7–10 years) in Finance and Controlling, preferably in the Telecommunications industry. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including CoPilot, familiarity with SAP (preferred), Oracle, Salesforce, and Power BI. Accountable for achieving departmental/program goals and managing cost performance, with proven ability to interact with global teams. Highly self-directed and independent in developing plans and measuring effectiveness. Anticipates problems, seeks opportunities, and models creative work methods, capable of implementing complex and innovative concepts. Proficient in English with excellent communication skills, confidently presents complex topics at executive levels and engages multiple stakeholders and influences cross-cultural and global environments to accept new concepts and practices.
