NetSuite Consultant - Hospitality

Oracle NetSuite’s Advanced Customer Support / Managed Services team is seeking an experienced consulting professional to serve as a trusted advisor to Hospitality customers, including Hotels & Resorts, Restaurants & Food Service organizations, Sports Teams & Entertainment organizations, Casinos & Gaming, Clubs & Membership organizations, Event & Venue Management companies, Travel & Tourism businesses, and other guest-centric service organizations. In this role, you will partner with customer stakeholders to understand business objectives, identify opportunities to optimize operations, and deliver high-quality NetSuite solutions that improve financial performance, operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and guest satisfaction. You will combine Hospitality industry expertise, business process consulting, AI-powered capabilities, and deep NetSuite knowledge to help customers continuously evolve their business while maximizing long-term value from their ERP investment. As a senior member of the consulting organization, you will lead strategic advisory engagements, influence executive decision-making, architect business solutions, and guide customers through complex transformation initiatives. You will also collaborate across Oracle organizations to identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of NetSuite while adopting emerging AI capabilities responsibly and effectively. Success in this role requires balancing executive-level strategic consulting with hands-on solution leadership to help Hospitality organizations accelerate growth, optimize operations, and continuously improve guest and business outcomes. This direct-hire position can be home-office based in Brazil and requires minimal travel, as appropriate.
