MS Specialist OSS

We are seeking a highly skilled OSS Expert with strong experience in GDC NOC Operations, Linux administration, OpenShift, and Kubernetes environments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Nokia Cloud Platform (NCP), Nokia Cloud Operations Manager (NCOM), and NetAct/NSP/OSS products, including Fault, Configuration, and Problem Management within Enterprise Networks (Private Wireless LTE). Strong knowledge of Git & GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and production support is essential. The role also requires experience working across multi-domain network elements, ensuring system stability, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable efficient cloud operations and seamless service delivery. You have: Require a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Typically, a minimum 5 to 10 years of telecom experience, with 5+ years in Cloud & OSS solutions. Proven expertise in OCP Platform Administration and Kubernetes management. Experience with CI/CD tools and automation technologies (e.g., Ansible, Helm). Good IP networking background and scripting capabilities (Shell, PERL, Python). Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration. L3 Certified Specialist in OpenShift & NCP, MantaRay. Skilled in Linux administration across multiple distributions (RHEL, CentOS, Rocky, Ubuntu) and proficient in private cloud platforms such as OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes, Nokia CBIS/NCS, RH OpenShift, NCP, and VMware Tanzu. Proficient in scripting and automation using Linux shell, Python, and Perl for efficient operations and process optimization. It would be nice if you also had: Strong background in Networking, VNF and CNF deployment readiness, onboarding support, and automation using tools like Terraform and Ansible. Familiarity with cloud security best practices and compliance. Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with ECS or EKS. Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
