Job summary As a Payment Lifecycle Associate I, Billing Operations (Securities Services) in the Billing Operations Team, you will support invoice clearing and receivables activities to help enable accurate and timely settlement outcomes. Job responsibilities Perform invoice clearing activities within established service level agreements. Investigate invoice settlement inquiries and provide clear, timely resolution. Research, prepare, and post general ledger entries in relevant ledger systems to clear client receivables. Identify, investigate, and remediate processing errors to prevent recurring issues and reduce funding delays. Reconcile processed transactions against client remittances using an approved reconciliation tool. Escalate internal and external findings to the appropriate stakeholders with clear documentation. Maintain trackers and logs to support performance reporting and metrics generation. Monitor invoice clearing key performance indicators and support timely break resolution within agreed timeframes. Identify trends through data and observed behaviors and recommend efficiency and control improvements. Coordinate with peers and stakeholders to align daily priorities and meet service level targets. Participate in process improvement and re-engineering initiatives to strengthen operational efficiency. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience supporting billing operations, invoice clearing, accounts receivable, or settlement operations. Knowledge of basic accounting concepts, including receivables and general ledger processes. Ability to investigate exceptions, perform reconciliations, and document outcomes accurately. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with effective prioritization. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on timely resolution. Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and partner teams to achieve shared goals. Willingness and ability to work the stated shift schedule in Philippine Time. Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills Experience supporting securities services products such as custody, fund administration, or fund accounting operations. Experience using reconciliation tools, workflow tools, or ledger platforms in a high-volume environment. Experience monitoring service levels and supporting performance reporting and metrics. Experience participating in continuous improvement efforts (for example, root cause analysis and standard work). Coaching or mentoring experience in an operations setting. Experience partnering with client service teams or other client-facing stakeholders.
