Job responsibilities Elicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibility Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements. Translate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalability Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy Continuously enhance technical knowledge and stay current with industry trends, ensuring the application of best practices and innovative solutions to address evolving business needs Contribute to data-driven decision-making by extracting insights from large, diverse data sets and applying data analytics techniques Assist in managing project dependencies and change control by demonstrating adaptability and leading through change in a fast-paced environment Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and applying knowledge of principles and practices within the Solutions Analysis field Guide the work of others, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established principles and practices Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including experience with data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support strategic decision-making Advanced data visualization capabilities, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboards Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity. Ability to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations. Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives Experience in data visualization and analytics, including understanding of vendor products and managing vendor relations Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiences Translate requirements into User stories in JIRA with clear Definition of ready and Acceptance criteria. Interface with technical, architect and product teams breaking down requirements and Demonstrate proficiency with JIRA, pulling reports and creating dashboards.
