Repair Center Operations The Repair Center plays a critical role in ensuring the effective maintenance, refurbishment, and management of defective equipment. The team is responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and validating components to ensure compliance with quality standards before deployment. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting RF testing activities for 4G and 5G technologies. You will collaborate with local and global stakeholders to improve testing efficiency, quality, and reliability, while contributing to troubleshooting, calibration, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Must-Have: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in the Electronics Manufacturing industry, preferably in RF testing environments. Hands-on experience supporting global teams with tester installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown resolution. Strong expertise in RF tester troubleshooting, Test & Measurement equipment, RF filters, and TRX PCBA, with exposure to 4G/5G technologies. Nice-To-Have: Familiarity with test instrument calibration management, and experience preparing executive summaries and MIS reports. Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies, with strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and team development skills.
