The team supports compliance and internal controls by ensuring Oracle’s contractual documents align with applicable business practices and policies. About the role As a Manager you will lead the FEC Librarian team, overseeing daily operations, team performance, and the quality and accuracy of the FEC Terms Library database. The role will ensure effective matching and validation of Delta documents against the library, maintain consistent quality standards, and drive continuous process improvement. The manager will collaborate with key stakeholders, develop team capabilities, and identify opportunities to implement AI and automation to improve productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time.
