Lead Presales Manager - APJ

As a FWA Pre Sales Manager you are responsible to identify, define, defend, design and support the sales of FWA CPE solutions to customers in APJ (Asia Pacific and Japan) with key focus on developing new business. You own all technical engagement with customers for pre-RFP, RFP, offer defense and negotiation meetings. This role requires ability to develop strong relationships with the respective Sales Account Manager, delivery teams and FWA PLMs, as well as good understanding of customer’s business environment and strong business acumen. Portfolio Business – FWA CPE You will be reporting to the Portfolio Business (PB) FWA General Manager Nokia is planning to disinvest the FWA CPE unit towards End of 2026 and you will be moving to Inseego together with the rest of the FWA CPE unit Scope of this position within Inseego could grow in products and/or responsibilities Must have: Qualification: Minimum Engineering graduate from reputed institute Experience: 5-7 years of experience in telecom industry with large customers and expertise in the relevant areas as described in Job description Knowledge of FWA CPEs, 3GPP end to end solutions, Wi-Fi and Consumer and Enterprise networks Understanding of OSS and BSS work. (information flow, inventory, Order Management, Assurance, Activation, Performance, Fault, Device Management, Alarm Correlation) Preferably have working experience on Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) products and solutions Good Understanding of service platforms which includes Internet subsystem like BNG, Mobile Core, Policy managers etc Network planning and new service introduction in Telco Network
