Lead – Manufacturing Engineering

This role is pivotal in driving technology alignment across sales, business groups, and customers, leveraging competitive insights to enhance Nokia's product portfolio. The incumbent provides strategic technology trend insights, leads portfolio strategy development, and mentors staff, contributing significantly to product and service improvements. Must Have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 15 plus years of experience. Demonstrated ability to drive technology alignment, product strategy, and portfolio evolution. Experience gathering competitive intelligence and translating market insights into actionable product enhancements. Understanding of emerging technology trends, customer value propositions, and business impact assessment. Proven leadership capabilities with experience mentoring team members and leading small-scale projects or initiatives. Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across cross-functional teams and leadership levels. Experience operating in diverse, global, and multicultural environments while applying industry best practices.
