Intermediate Professional, Ethics and Compliance

The Ethics & Integrity Specialist supports the Global Ethics function by helping design, implement, and monitor compliance processes that promote ethical business conduct and mitigate regulatory, legal, and reputational risks. The role partners with regional Ethics Officers and business stakeholders to support due diligence, integrity reviews, investigations, training, policy implementation, and compliance monitoring activities. Bachelor’s degree 2-4 years of relevant professional experience preferably in Organisational Conflict of Interest, Quality Assurance, Due Diligence, KYC, Ethics & Compliance. Significant experience in preparing written reports and documents in English High level of attention to detail Intellectual curiosity and outstanding research skills Proven experience with Office 365 (majorly in MS Outlook, Word, Access and Excel) Competencies Capability to conduct thorough systematic searches, document procedures and though in person engagements (via Teams) and produce results in clear and concise reports. Capability to conduct compliance, audits and assurance activities. Ability to provide clear and concise written findings. Show distinct analytical, strategic and critical thinking, work through ambiguity and be detail oriented. Highest level of ethical standard. Demonstrate sound judgment, tact, and decision-making ability, including the ability to challenge the business. Good time management, interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Ability to understand and integrate cultural differences and motives and work in cross-cultural team. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Ability to optimise and find efficient methods to continuously improve the research and reporting procedures. Ability to scan through knowledge of corporate business structures, corporate family trees and corporate affiliations.
