Engineering Manager (Cloud & AI)

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead a talented team of developers and architects, championing best practices in software design and architecture while spearheading AI adoption to unlock new possibilities. Join us to shape the future of technology and make a lasting impact in a dynamic, collaborative environment. This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days per week in the Wrocław office. Must-Have: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field. At least 10 years of experience in R&D, software development, or technology leadership roles, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership capacity. Demonstrated expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) concepts, machine learning and their practical application in software development. Demonstrated expertise in Software Architecture and Design and programming languages viz. Python, Java Hands-on experience and proficiency with AI-powered coding assistants such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot. Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) and application architecture principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across an organization. Nice-To-Have: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services. Knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence tools. Experience in telecommunications domain or related high-tech industries.
