Database Operations Lead

We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to lead the end-to-end architecture of secure, scalable, and cost-efficient platforms across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will partner with product, engineering, security, and operations teams to translate business needs into reference architectures, standards, and implementable designs that accelerate delivery and improve reliability. This role is accountable for cloud architecture governance, design assurance, and technical leadership across cloud modernization initiatives (new builds, migrations, and hybrid integration). You will define target-state architectures, guide delivery teams, and ensure solutions meet requirements for security, compliance, performance, and operational excellence. Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred) with 8–12+ years of experience in infrastructure/platform engineering or architecture, including 4–6+ years designing and delivering cloud solutions. Hands-on design experience in at least two of Azure/AWS/GCP, with ability to compare services and choose fit-for-purpose patterns. Strong knowledge of networking (VPC/VNet, routing, DNS, load balancing), identity/IAM, security controls, and enterprise integration. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE), plus related ecosystem tooling (ingress, service mesh, secrets, registries). Terraform and at least one native IaC tool (Bicep/ARM, CloudFormation); scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash) preferred. CI/CD experience (Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub) and ability to establish secure, repeatable delivery pipelines. Experience with observability, incident/problem management, and designing for resiliency (DR, backups, HA). Strong stakeholder management; able to explain tradeoffs, write clear architecture docs, and influence cross-functional teams and Familiarity with Agile delivery and ITIL/Service Management concepts.
