Job Title: Customer Engineering Intern Location: Rio de Janeiro or São Paulo, Brazil Duration: 2 years Education Recommendations: Students pursuing degrees in Telecommunications, Software, Computer, Electronics, or similar Engineering disciplines. Come create the technology that helps the world act together. As a Customer Engineering Intern, you'll thrive in a collaborative culture that values open communication and idea-sharing. Contribute to designing IP network equipment for major telecommunications clients, creating commercial configurations (BoQ) -using the Customer Price List-, and mapping logistics (BoM), all while supporting our key role in delivering Nokia’s innovative IP network solutions. You'll work alongside skilled internal stakeholders and customers, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies. Enjoy a supportive, growth-oriented atmosphere where professional development is prioritized. With the flexibility of a hybrid setup, you’ll find the perfect balance between collaboration and independent work. You're a great fit if you have: Proficiency in Office 365 tools, especially Excel and Power BI. Fluency in English for effective communication with customers and internal teams. Technical knowledge in telecommunications engineering or related fields. Strong problem-solving skills to address technical and operational challenges. It would be nice if you also had: Knowledge of programming languages to support technical problem-solving. Familiarity with ERP systems. Understanding of sales processes and business development strategies.
