You have: Bachelor’s degree with 12–16 years of experience in technical documentation within Telecommunications or Optical Networking. Skilled in structured writing, SDLC/DDLC, XML/DITA tools (Arbortext, Oxygen), and markup languages like XML, AsciiDoc, and Markdown. Experienced in Agile, DevOps, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, single-sourcing, and scalable content management practices. Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to manage schedules, lead teams, and adapt quickly. It would be nice if you also have: Working knowledge of basic Python/UNIX scripting for interacting with development/test environments. Hands-on experience with API documentation, including integration into customer-facing technical content. Experience with use of AI in documentation workflows.
