Customer Documentation Developer

Customer Documentation Developer independently creates high-quality, user-focused technical documentation for complex Fixed Networks products. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing documentation schedules, and delivering web-based content aligned with Agile and DevOps practices, while following structured writing methodologies and corporate quality standards. You have: Bachelor Degree with 7-12 years of experience in technical documentation, preferably in the Telecommunications or Optical Networking domain. Proven expertise in structured writing principles, the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and the Documentation Development Life Cycle (DDLC). Strong proficiency in XML authoring tools (e.g., Arbortext or Oxygen) and graphic tools (e.g., SnagIt, CorelDraw). Familiarity with Markup languages (like XML, Asciidoc) and Markdown. It would be nice if you also have: Proficient in Python, UNIX scripting, API documentation, and customer-facing technical content creation. Experienced in using AI tools to improve documentation quality, consistency, and workflow efficiency. Strong knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices, with hands-on experience in Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and content management strategies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly learn technologies, adapt to workflows, and manage documentation deliverables independently.
