Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, with a preference for technology or telecommunications industry experience. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation creation. Experience with project management tools and methodologies is an asset.
