BIM Modeler - Digital Innovation

This role is to work as part of an engineering consultancy design team in India. A Qualified Architect who supports the technical design of construction projects in a range of sectors including development of the project design, production of presentation drawings and sketches. The Architect also assists in solving design complexities. The Technical Architect is responsible for leading specific aspects of the project and project team to assist in the overall effort of completing the various phases of the project. The Architect reports to the Project Lead, or other more senior team leaders. Education - B.Arch/Structures. Strong technical design knowledge / skills in UK construction methodology. Experience of working as part of an architectural design team. Excellent conceptual, verbal and written communication skills. Fluency in English (oral and written) required.
