Associate - Information Modelling

The Associate Information Manager - BIM (Structures) is responsible for leading BIM delivery, digital coordination, information management best practices, and capability development across the Structures business within GCC (India). The role supports the delivery of major multidisciplinary projects for the Middle East region while ensuring compliance with WSP BIM standards, ISO 19650 principles, project requirements, and industry best practices. Reporting and aligning to the Department Head of BIM – Middle East, the Associate Information Manager - BIM acts as the focal point for all Structure-related BIM activities within GCC, supporting project teams, discipline leaders, and regional BIM leadership in delivering high-quality, coordinated, and information-rich digital outcomes. The role is responsible for driving BIM consistency, promoting structured information management, developing team capability, supporting project mobilisation, and advancing digital delivery excellence across the Structures business. What You'll Need Education Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Experience Minimum 12–15 years' experience within the AEC industry. Minimum 8 years of BIM leadership experience on major multidisciplinary projects. Proven experience leading BIM delivery for large-scale structural engineering projects across the Middle East. Demonstrable experience implementing ISO 19650 workflows and Information Management practices. Experience supporting bids, mobilisation, project delivery, and digital transformation initiatives.
