Associate - HV Cable

As a HV Cable Senior Engineer, you will design, install, and maintain high voltage cable systems. You will lead projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. Your role includes collaborating with teams, conducting site assessments, and providing technical expertise to ensure reliable and efficient HV cable networks. Senior Engineer will provide technical leadership for the successful delivery of multi discipline projects. WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE Cable design, CYMCAP, Bonding, Short Circuit calculation, Continuous current calculation, EHV cable design, Cable routing cable system design, Cable sizing and insulation specifications, Project management, Installation, testing, and maintenance, Compliance with standards and regulations, Site surveys and assessments, Quality control checks, Team collaboration, technical problem-solving, Report preparation, Health & Safety compliance. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical discipline, preferably Electrical or Power engineering with 15+ years of experience. Having UK Projects and Standards experience is added advantage. Leading and mentoring teams, independently managing projects, delivering complex design solutions, reviewing and approving designs, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule with high quality and within budget. Achieving business KPI, strengthening team capability, and ensuring efficient workload management. Developing team competency, leading the team effectively, fostering strong internal communication, and resolving people-related issues. Knowledge of all applicable engineering standards.
