Associate - Commercial Management & Quantity Surveying is responsible for providing commercial leadership across UK projects, managing end‑to‑end cost management services, and leading the India QS teams in coordination with UK counterparts. The role demands a balance of technical expertise, team leadership, client interface capabilities, business development support, and capability building. A key expectation is to expand UK workshare, showcase team capabilities, and mentor future QS professionals. The role requires ownership of commercial leadership and full‑cycle cost management for UK commissions delivered from India. It includes leading a high‑performing QS team, supporting bids, and enhancing delivery quality through structured QA/QC frameworks, training, and digital QS adoption across buildings and infrastructure sectors. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). 15–20 years of QS/Cost Management experience with substantial 5 years UK project exposure. Proven experience leading multi project teams in a UK–India delivery model and interfacing with UK clients/consultants/contractors. Strong working knowledge of NEC/JCT (FIDIC familiarity is an advantage) and NRM/CESMM measurement norms. Evidence of delivering RIBA 0–4 cost planning, CVRs/Forecasting, Procurement and Change Control. Tools & Technology CostX (advanced), MS Excel (Power Query/Pivots), Microsoft suit - PowerPoint, Word. Exposure to 5D/BIM workflows, Power BI for dashboards. BGV: Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
