The candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leadership, driving enterprise-wide excellence by enabling: Scalable and resilient process ecosystems Data-driven and insight-led decision-making Adoption of digital, AI, and automation-led improvements where required A culture of continuous improvement, ownership, and accountability The role requires balancing governance with agility, ensuring that processes evolve with business growth without creating complexity or operational friction. The job requires the candidate to use a combination of logic, analysis, experience and wisdom to provide overall direction and effective solutions for ensuring compliance and leveraging best practices. BE/B Tech in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil or allied disciplines MBA/ PGDM will be an added advantage Total of 15-18 years of experience Minimum 5 years of experience at Managerial level More than 5 years of experience in driving quality initiatives. BGV: Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
