We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Associate / Associate Director - Transport Modelling with a strong technical foundation, that has considerable previous experience in Strategic/ Microsimulation modelling but also has the ability and desire to build a team capable of delivering technical excellence. We would require the successful candidate to be the lead on various development modelling projects supported by the existing team. Being the lead, you will need to be comfortable managing and leading a team of modelling professionals working closely with other parts of the business. An excellent skill level and experience of using strategic software (SATURN/CUBE/EMME) and its associated modules is essential, with skills in other modelling packages (such as VISSIM and PARAMICS) being advantageous. Understanding of UK Transport Guidelines and Principles Previous experience on UK projects will be highly desirable Experience of GIS packages – QGIS, ArcGIS Pro ArcGIS (knowledge of Python and the use of Model Builder); Previous experience and capability in programming, AGOL, Cloud Services, VBA, and/or BAT files, FME, Power platform and Power BI. BGV: Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
