Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Design Delivery Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of architectural technical design solutions across all project stages. Establish and manage the technical design delivery strategy, programme, and outputs in collaboration with project leadership. Ensure coordination across multidisciplinary teams to deliver coherent and compliant design information. Take responsibility for design quality, technical accuracy, and level of detail across all deliverables. Identify potential design risks/issues and lead the team in developing robust solutions and mitigation strategies. Oversee production of technical drawings, models, reports, and presentation materials. Lead the preparation of Design, sketches, and presentations to communicate design intent to stakeholders. Project & Programme Management Collaborate with project leadership to define project scope, programme, deliverables, and resource requirements. Manage delivery across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Support development of the Project Execution Plan, including financial forecasting and resource planning. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and UK building regulations. Monitor health & safety risks and contribute to risk assessments. Provide coaching, and technical guidance to junior and senior team members. Drive a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Encourage open communication and early identification of design issues. Support staff development and training initiatives. Enhance team capability and maintain high technical competence standards.
