We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee. In this role, you will have the chance to work with our Planning Tools SW Team and gain valuable insights into the software development process. As a trainee, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the development and improvement of our advanced AI-powered tools. Position: Internship Duration: 12 months Start date (tentative): November, 2026 Location: Hybrid in Carnaxide, Portugal Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field with an accredited school. You have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong interest and passion for algorithms and data structures. Proficiency in using advanced AI-powered tools like Cursor and Claude. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. It would be nice if you also had: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and practices.
