As a Senior Digital Innovation Specialist, you will join the Digital Innovation team within Nokia Internal Audit and report to the Head of IA Digital Transformation. The team drives the digital transformation of the Internal Audit function by developing AI-enabled solutions, intelligent agents, data products, and automation platforms that enhance audit effectiveness, increase efficiency, and strengthen control monitoring. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy innovative AI and automation solutions that support auditors throughout the audit lifecycle. You will work across Azure services, modern development platforms, and enterprise data ecosystems to transform ideas into scalable business applications. Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Strong experience in software development, solution engineering, or digital product development. Proficiency in Python and experience developing production-grade applications. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including application hosting, data services, security, and AI capabilities. Experience with Azure DevOps, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management. Experience building APIs, integrations, and automation solutions within enterprise environments. Familiarity with large language models, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or generative AI technologies. Knowledge of data engineering concepts, including data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex technical challenges. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, and deliver solutions in a fast-changing environment. Passion for emerging technologies, innovation, and continuous learning. Nice to Have: Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, or low-code application development. Experience with Power BI for analytical reporting and data visualization. Experience working with security, governance, and compliance requirements in large enterprise environments. Experience in audit, risk management, internal controls, or SOX-related processes.
