He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus. Roles and responsibilities:  Providing consistent, high-quality graphics and design work including but not limited to image clear cutting, masking, color correction, retouching and layouts using Adobe tools and other applications.  Deliver consistent, high-quality graphics and design work to the specifications, satisfaction, and deadlines of clients.  Regularly consults with assigned supervisor/s regarding the scope of work of existing and new clients.  Performs related work as required by your immediate supervisor or senior management.  Keeps abreast with the latest updates and developments in the Adobe suite of products and able to adapt to new design and imaging techniques.  Perform other duties, functions, and/or responsibilities as may be assigned to you by the Company, or your superiors.  Taking the updates from team leader and executing the updates.  Supporting to shipping team in preparation of final shipping files.  Handling the awareness product as per the customer specifications.  Handling the customer’s escalation and quickly fulfilling the requirements.  Meeting the highest performance matrix level
