Senior Analyst

As a UX Researcher, you'll contribute from an early research stage through to delivery. In doing so, you'll make a massive impact on what we're doing. 3+ years of experience as a UX Researcher Background in e-commerce (required), ideally within fashion or retail environment Experience with analytics tools (GA, ContentSquare) with the ability to interpret data Experience with design thinking process and practical experience of UX methods Experience with the full range of UX research methods, including early-stage qualitative methods Proven ability to execute the right methodology to get the needed result Strong customer feedback analysis and presentation skills Ability to research, conclude and resolve pain points Experience in mobile app user research would be beneficial but not mandatory – especially with features such as onboarding flows, in-app navigation, notification preferences, personalisation, and overall app performance sentiment.
