Senior Graphic Designer Location: Pune / Mumbai / Chandigarh Employment Type: Full-time (FT) Function: Digital Shift Timings: EMEA / US Management Level: SA Travel Requirements: NA Role Overview The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. The candidate must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus. Roles & Responsibilities • Participate in designing and redesigning computer graphics, web page graphics, logos, illustrations, advertisements, web-page mock-ups, infographics, brochures, and other forms of visual communication using Adobe Creative Suite for both print and digital media. • Conceptualize and develop creative designs based on project requirements, brand guidelines, and established specifications. • Design engaging email creatives, email campaigns, newsletters, promotional emails, and other email marketing assets for digital communication. • Create visually appealing email layouts while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, typography, imagery, and overall visual identity. • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop email designs aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences. • Design responsive email creatives that provide a consistent visual experience across desktop and mobile devices. • Work closely with email developers/marketing teams to ensure designs are practical for email development and implementation. • Ensure email designs follow appropriate layout, hierarchy, readability, accessibility, and visual communication principles. • Analyze and plan the framework of designs according to the laid-out concept and established specifications of the project. • Ensure that all delivered designs and services adhere to client policies, brand guidelines, and quality standards. • Manage seamless delivery and ensure client deliverables meet defined SLAs and quality thresholds. • Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools and identify opportunities to improve the quality and effectiveness of creative output. • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality creative solutions. Technical & Functional Skills •Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years of Graphic Design experience. • Strong experience in designing for both digital and print media. • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. • Experience designing email creatives, email campaigns, newsletters, and digital marketing assets. • Understanding of email design principles, responsive layouts, visual hierarchy, typography, and mobile-friendly design. • Basic understanding of how email designs are translated into HTML/email templates would be an added advantage. • Good knowledge of Graphic Design and User Design principles, standards, and concepts. • Thorough understanding of typography and printing. • Strong understanding of branding and visual communication. • Experience with UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, or Axure. • Experience in User Experience Design. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently interact with clients. • Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into effective creative solutions. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines. • After Effects and Premiere Pro would be an added advantage. Preferred Skills • Experience working on email marketing campaigns and digital marketing communications. • Familiarity with email development workflows and collaboration with email developers. • Understanding of responsive email design and cross-device considerations. • Knowledge of accessibility standards for digital and email creatives would be an added advantage.
