UX Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a UX Designer based in Switzerland. As a UX Designer, you’ll help shape intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital experiences across complex client projects. You’ll work across the full UX process, translating ambiguous business goals into clear user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models. The role combines hands-on design with close collaboration across UX, design, product, engineering, and client teams. You’ll help create alignment, guide decisions, and ensure experiences are both thoughtful and ready to ship. Your work will contribute directly to outcomes such as stronger engagement, improved usability, higher conversion, and smoother onboarding. This is a remote-first opportunity within a creative, collaborative, and internationally distributed environment. Accountabilities: Support end-to-end UX direction across client engagements, creating intuitive, scalable, and production-ready digital experiences. Collaborate closely with UX, design, product, and engineering teams to define scope, clarify priorities, and make informed tradeoffs that protect the user experience. Translate complex or ambiguous business objectives into clear user journeys, information architecture, interaction models, and actionable UX deliverables. Develop UX patterns and design foundations that improve consistency, usability, and delivery efficiency across projects. Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with clients and internal stakeholders, turning different perspectives and competing inputs into clear decisions. Design effectively within content management systems, taking into account content models, templates, reusable components, and CMS constraints. Deliver UX solutions that improve measurable product outcomes, including usability, engagement, conversion, navigation, and onboarding. Bring structure and clarity to open questions early in the process, helping teams move forward with confidence. Contribute to a high standard of UX craft across client projects through thoughtful interaction design, iteration, and attention to detail. Strengthen collaboration between clients, product, design, and engineering teams throughout the project lifecycle. Continuously develop your UX practice through feedback, iteration, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with experienced multidisciplinary teams. Requirements A few years of professional experience designing digital products and UX solutions across complex web and/or mobile experiences. Hands-on experience working with content management systems; strong WordPress experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to translate business and user needs into clear flows, information architecture, interaction models, and polished UX solutions. Experience working effectively in fast-paced environments where priorities can be ambiguous or evolve quickly. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure, clarity, and momentum without unnecessarily complicating the process. Comfortable asking questions, challenging assumptions, seeking feedback, and involving the right stakeholders to reach effective outcomes. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with clients, product teams, designers, and engineers. Proven track record of shipping high-quality UX work that improves usability, engagement, conversion, or other meaningful product outcomes. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain UX decisions and deliverables clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable working independently within a remote, distributed, and collaborative team environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant UX and digital product work.
