Transaction Coordinator

Accountabilities:: Coordinate acquisitions and dispositions to ensure transactions move efficiently toward settlement and properties can be prepared for market promptly. Serve as a dedicated point of contact for customers throughout the settlement process, providing timely communication and support. Review contracts and settlement statements, enter transaction information accurately, and maintain complete and up-to-date records in the CRM. Manage relationships with title companies and follow up proactively to ensure settlements remain on schedule. Support property marketing activities, including ordering professional photography, creating online listings, and coordinating staging. Partner with the construction team to confirm renovation and other project work is completed before properties are listed. Support expansion into new geographic markets by helping coordinate transaction-related activities and operational processes. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in the real estate settlement or title industry; 3+ years of transaction/settlement coordination experience is preferred based on the application requirements. High School Diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience managing multiple transaction files simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize deadlines and keep transactions moving. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to follow up effectively when information or action is needed from others. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM-based workflows. Excellent organization, attention to detail, and file-management abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and deadlines may shift. Fluency in English and experience working with U.S.-based companies, real estate investors, or house flippers are valuable assets. Benefits: Remote work arrangement. Contract position with no benefits included. Compensation of $10–$15 USD per hour . Monday–Friday schedule, working 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST .
