Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Coordinator

Accountabilities:: Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring an organized and efficient experience for candidates and interview teams. Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, interview schedules, and related information. Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation accurately and on time. Maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive candidate and organizational information. Keep recruiting activities organized and aligned with changing schedules, priorities, and deadlines. Collaborate with recruiters, hiring teams, candidates, and other stakeholders to support a smooth recruitment process. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, procedures, and overall coordination efficiency. Maintain accurate information within the applicant tracking system and support consistent recruiting administration. Requirements: 3+ years of experience working as a Recruiting Coordinator, preferably within a large technology company. Previous experience supporting recruitment for a US-based organization. Hands-on experience using Greenhouse ATS . Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a distributed team. Flexibility and adaptability when priorities, schedules, or hiring requirements change.
