Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Contractor

Accountabilities: Process a high volume of offer requests through Workday and provide guidance to recruiters and candidates throughout the offer process. Coordinate candidate interviews, manage complex schedules, and serve as a primary contact to help ensure a smooth and positive interview experience. Maintain timely communication and follow-up throughout the candidate journey, from initial engagement through start date. Support recruitment systems, reporting and analytics, new-hire documentation, employee referrals, job creation, and job advertising activities. Create and maintain accurate candidate profiles and records in Workday while protecting confidential and sensitive information. Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Operations, and other teams to resolve recruiting and talent-related needs. Respond to first-level Talent Operations inquiries through the ticketing system, identifying issues and resolving them in accordance with established policies and procedures. Act as a subject matter resource for Talent processes, helping candidates, new hires, recruiters, and talent partners understand required actions and procedures. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and processes and support additional Talent Operations projects as needed. Apply AI-enabled technologies where appropriate to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, increase efficiency, and support business outcomes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, business, or a related field, combined with approximately 1–3 years of relevant Human Resources experience. Experience coordinating calendars, interviews, or scheduling activities in a fast-paced professional environment. Familiarity with modern Talent Operations and recruiting platforms such as Workday, DocuSign, Candidate.FYI, ServiceNow, or comparable tools. Previous experience serving as a first point of contact for candidates, employees, customers, or other stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with integrity. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across functions. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, solve problems independently, and adapt to changing requirements. Self-motivated, positive, collaborative, and comfortable working in an environment where priorities and workloads can shift quickly. Demonstrated willingness to support teammates during periods of high workload and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, or support business outcomes. Benefits Contract duration: 6 months. Work arrangement: Remote within the United States. Compensation: $30–$40 per hour, with placement within the range based on factors such as experience, skills, certifications, job level, and location.
