Intern Talent Acquisition Coordinator (x/f/m)

Doctolib is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Tech & Product Talent Acquisition team in our Berlin office. 

As a Coordinator, you'll focus on three essential areas: delivering exceptional candidate experience, mastering complex tech & product interview scheduling, and continuously improving our interview processes. In this role, you'll gain comprehensive insight into recruitment while applying your organisational and project management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and developing advanced people skills through multi-stakeholder management. 

What you’ll do

As an intern, you will support us in the following areas:

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, Hiring Managers and tech interviewers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Send critical candidate communication during the recruitment process. 
• Help maintain accurate candidate and interview information in our Applicant Tracking System.
• Manage complex interviewer pools, candidate information and interview supporting materials.
• Adapt and streamline the scheduling process to suit candidates and business needs.
• Contribute to interview process design, track scheduling metrics (time to schedule, time to interview) and own your own projects with a focus on process improvement while leveraging AI and automation tools. 
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers on Tech & Product recruitment end to end processes.

Job Details

• Internship in full-time (40h/week).
• Duration: 6 months.
• Workplace: Berlin
• Salary: €1,900 gross/month for a mandatory internship.
• Salary: €2,425 gross/month for a voluntary internship; €2,545 gross/month from 1 January 2027
• Start date: As soon as possible
• Opportunity to work in a hybrid setup (3 office days/week).
